All activities in the Drivers mastermind is intentionally designed. Some activities include:

  • A structured round where each driver shares with the collective when they have experienced something similar based on a challenge another driver is faced with.

  • The opportunity for a driver to pitch to the collective in preparation for a key address or crucial conversation. Fellow drivers will share what they “heard” and how they felt.

  • A dedicated spotlight for one leader’s roadblock, where the collective offers support and solutions to get them moved again in a coached and supportive way.

  • A rapid-fire brainstorming session to generate creative ideas and new possibilities.

  • A guided exercise to align goals, strategies, and next steps with clarity and direction look at the organization’s metrics.

  • A closing reset that emphasizes gratitude, joy, and renewed energy before hitting the road again.

  • Right now, the Drivers Mastermind program is exclusively designed for nonprofit CEOs and executive directors. Next up, we’ll be gearing up to launch cohorts for vice presidents in operations, programs, and development—so sit tight while we park those roles at the starting line.

  • To begin, the in-person collectives are located in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville, with new cities launching across the country as demand grows. If you’d like to see one start in your city, let us know—we’ll rev our engines to get you on the road!

  • Great question! Each collective begins with a dedicated facilitator—what we call a Guide—who supports the group during the first four months. Once the collective is established, they’re off to the races on their own. A Guide can return at any time to help re-establish structure or onboard new members, ensuring the group stays on course.

  • The Drivers mastermind collective does not have a set end date, it’s designed to be your ongoing mastermind group for as long as it serves you. We do ask that members join with the intention of staying for at least one year. While there’s no formal 12-month commitment, any Driver may exit the program with a 30-day notice.

  • This program is truly distinctive—trademarked and protected—because it blends nonprofit capacity building with the principles of positive psychology to enhance well-being. Unlike other cohorts or facilitated learning models, the agenda is created each month by the Drivers themselves, bringing forward the real roadblocks on their map. Challenges are addressed in real time, grounded in lived experience. No advice is given—only thoughtful support and shared perspective.

  • Confidentiality is the cornerstone of the Drivers program and an absolute requirement for every participant. Before joining a collective, all Drivers sign a confidentiality agreement, and every member is expected to uphold that commitment both during the program and indefinitely.

  • This program is built to strengthen the well-being of nonprofit leaders by addressing both personal and professional challenges. Whatever is keeping you up at night, we’ll work together to find support and solutions.
